How we show up

Care built around real lives.

Every program starts from the same belief: mental wellness is a right, not a luxury. Here's how we show up for Black men and their families.

Therapy scholarships

Making culturally relevant care more accessible.

Financial barriers shouldn't decide who gets to heal. Our scholarships help cover therapy with culturally attuned providers — clinicians who understand the weight Black men carry and don't ask them to leave it at the door.

  • Support toward sessions with culturally attuned therapists
  • A simple, confidential application — no judgment, no hoops
  • Help finding a provider who fits your story and your schedule

Healing circles

Safe spaces for connection and vulnerability.

Guided peer circles where Black men can speak freely — about fatherhood, grief, pressure, joy — and be heard without being fixed. Some circles gather in person, others meet virtually, so there's always a seat within reach.

  • Small, facilitated groups that protect what's shared
  • In-person and virtual gatherings
  • Open to any Black man ready to sit in community

Awareness & advocacy

Breaking stigma through stories that move us.

Silence is where the hurt hides. We host community conversations, lift up honest storytelling, and partner with local organizations to shift how our communities talk about mental health.

  • Community conversations and storytelling events
  • Partnerships with local organizations and advocates
  • Campaigns that put real faces to real healing

Wellness retreats

Space to rest, reconnect, and build lasting strength.

Day gatherings and weekend retreats designed for restoration — good food, open air, real conversation, and practices you can carry home. Brothers leave with more than a weekend; they leave with a circle.

  • Restorative day gatherings and weekend retreats
  • Workshops on stress, purpose, and brotherhood
  • A community that stays connected long after
